A General Strike is expected to take place in Italy – for 8 hours on 6 September 2011.
It is difficult to try to predict participation as only the largest union CGIL has confirmed the strike while all others have abstained them from the demonstration.
Newspapers will not be edited tomorrow.
Public transports will suffer for the uncertainty of busses, trains and airplanes that will operate and those that will not.
Unfortunately, with such a short notice, nobody can predict the real entity of participation to the strike that, however, has been confirmed.
