What is Luggage Delivery?
A luggage delivery service ensures your bags are sent ahead, avoiding baggage claim queues, excess fees, and stress. Your items are collected and delivered directly to your new home — perfect for international relocation.
Why Choose Luggage Delivery Over Airlines?
Luggage delivery services involve shipping any excess luggage and belongings you might have to the country of your destination. If you are moving abroad, it is likely that you will need a luggage delivery service to help save space and money, as airlines will only allow you to travel with a certain amount of personal luggage. This process is often referred to as airfreight shipping.

Booking is quick and straightforward. Simply complete the form on our online booking page with your collection and delivery details. You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a ‘Confirmation of Booking’ email once everything is finalised. We’ll then send you your travel documents (Air Waybills) by email or post. These must be securely attached to each piece of luggage before your collection date.
An Air Waybill (AWB) is a critical document used during international shipping. It includes your name, address, destination, and a unique tracking number. This label allows both you and our team to track your luggage throughout its journey — ensuring safe, timely, and transparent delivery.
This may vary depending on what you are wishing to ship. Golf Bags, Bicycles, Skis, Snowboards and Ski Boots must be packed in an airline compatible case or cover, and ensure that the Air Waybill is attached to your luggage. Pricing is based on chargeable weight, which is the greater of either the actual weight or the size-based volumetric weight. To calculate:
(Length x Width x Height in cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight in kg
Oversized charges apply to any item over 120cm in any single dimension.
Maximum single item weight: 68kg / 150lbs
Max dimension: 240cm
Combined max of smallest two dimensions: 330cm
Final charges are based on airline measurements — so please be as accurate as possible when booking.
You can book with estimated weights and dimensions. All items are weighed and measured in transit by the airline and if your item exceeds the allowance booked the additional cost due will be charged automatically to your card. When measuring your item, this should be done from the widest, highest and longest points including bulges, wheels and handles. You can enter the weight and dimensions in any order which will alter the price accordingly.
If your shipment exceeds the weight or size you booked, we’ll automatically charge the difference to your card. To avoid unexpected charges, please measure and weigh carefully — or contact us for assistance in advance.
