Abels Moving Services Ltd is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the “We invest in People’ Standard accreditation following assessment by Investors in People.
The IIP accreditation is in recognition of how Abels supports and understands its employees, both in the office and operational teams. The additional value to this accreditation is that it is awarded based on staff feedback collected through surveys and interviews. This award recognises the long-standing culture of respect within the company, both with customers and staff, and the ongoing quality-driven service we provide. A number of our employees also commented on how they feel well supported in their roles and have positive relationships with their line managers. This empowerment of our staff to get on with their jobs is all part of the Abels ethos and is a fundamental reason behind our teams working so well together as well as driving better levels of customer service.
