Douala Port in Cameroon is currently severely congested due to the breakdown of a gantry crane used to unload ships.
Please be advised that any shipments routed via Douala will experience significant delays and will likely incur congestion charges.
In addition we wish to remind you of additional scanning charges which are applicable for all shipments through the Port of Douala as all containers are now scanned before leaving the port area.
