As UK Customer Service Administrator, Nicola’s primary role is to deal with all enquiries into the business, by phone, email or those that come via the Abels website, arranging appointments for our Customer Service Managers so they in turn can establish how Abels can best help our clients. Nicola coordinates all aspects of the move for our clients and enjoys making their moving experience as stress-free as possible.
