The local Leisure Centre has sports facilities open for the public to use.
Sports fans can support Stevenage Borough F.C., which play in the Football Conference. The team won the FA Carlsberg Trophy in 2007. In addition, there is the Stevenage Rugby Club and Stevenage Borough Ladies F.C. which have many fans in the area.
