Royal Warrant – What does this mean?

Royal Warrant

Royal WarrantYou may have noticed the crest next to the Abels logo, at the top of the page. This crest signifies that Abels has a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty the Queen for removals and storage services.

Abels started to work for the Royal Household in 1981. In December 1988, following continuous work for the Royal Household, it was awarded the unique accolade in recognition of services rendered. However, a Royal Warrant is not given in perpetuity, being reviewed periodically, making it essential for a holder to continue to provide services of the highest quality to the Royal Palaces.

Buckingham Palace confirmed that the Royal Warrant originally awarded to Abels Moving Services in 1988 and was last renewed in 2016. The firm was the first to become By Appointment to HM the Queen for removals and storage services.

Any firm with a Royal Warrant has to continuously provide exemplary service to its customers.
