Following contact with Abels Customer Service Centre:

A convenient appointment will be arranged for one of our experienced Customer Services Managers to visit. They will discuss in detail the services available from Abels. They will listen carefully to your requirements and any concerns you may have over the moving process. They will address any concerns you may have as well as tailor the appropriate selection of services to ensure your removal is a smooth one.

Our Customer Services Policy clearly states the importance we place on understanding and servicing our clients requirements. A detailed pre-move survey inventory of your possessions will also be taken to enable us to provide you with an accurate removal proposal.

Your Customer Service Manager can be contacted at any time to discuss the proposal in further detail if you so wish. We are more than happy to return, with our proposal, to discuss its contents and to help you make an accurate comparison with any other company’s proposals or quotations you may have received. Ensuring that all quotes are ‘like for like ’ is important in helping you to make your choice on best value for money.
