The AGM Group are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

The AGM Group provide a range of “Services” not limited to; Moving, Destination Services, Storage, Immigration, Relocation and/or Assignment (as applicable). To provide our Services, it will be necessary to obtain some Personal information such as Name, Contact Details and other such details that identify you and your family (where applicable).

This Privacy Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions and any other referenced documents (collectively the “Policy”), explains the personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have regarding its use. We also detail the security measures we implement to safeguard this information and provide information on how to reach us regarding our privacy practices. In certain situations, we may require you to sign a separate document known as a “Data Subject Consent Letter” to give explicit consent for us to process your personal data as outlined in the Policy.

Please be aware that the absence of such a request or a signed Data Subject Consent Letter does not necessarily conclude this matter, and we may assume that by visiting our approved websites, applications, or portals, or by agreeing to receive services from us, you are acknowledging and consenting to the practices outlined in the Policy. However, you retain the right to contact us to object to, or make specific requests regarding, the processing of your personal data (as further detailed in the “Your Rights as Data Subject” section of this policy).

According to GDPR regulations you are entitled to know the identity of your “data controller” the legal entity which determines why and how your personal data is processed.

Your relevant data controller may vary, depending on how you are receiving services from us. For example:

  1. Corporate Clients: If you are being relocated for work, your data controller may be your employer who has hired us to provide services to you. In this scenario, our Policy may not be applicable to you. Instead, please refer to your employer’s privacy policy or employee handbook for information on how your personal data will be handled. Although this Policy may not directly apply to you, AGM Group, as the data processor, will handle your personal data in accordance with the principles outlined in this Policy under the instructions of the data controller.
  2. Direct Individuals: If you are receiving services directly from the AGM Group, the AGM entity responsible for handling your data will usually be the specific entity providing those services. You can find a current list of our companies at www.agm.group.
  3. Partners: If you typically work with one of our business partners but have been directed to us for specific services at the request of that business partner, your relevant data controller may be that business partner. In this scenario, our Policy may not be applicable to you, and we recommend referring to the privacy policy of that business partner instead. Even if our Policy does not directly apply to you, AGM Group will act as data processors and handle personal data according to the data controller’s instructions, striving to adhere to the principles outlined in our Policy.
