• Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires are available to complete either online via the website or a printed copy which is supplied to you after each move takes place. This enables you to be honest about the services that you have received from Abels.

As an important part of our ISO Quality Standard we send out questionnaires to all our moving clients. A major way to improve what we do is to be told by the most important people in our business - our customers - what we have done well and where we have perhaps not "hit the mark". All questionnaires are analysed and assessed by our quality management team.
