Terms and Conditions
Win two nights bed and breakfast, based on two people sharing a double room plus dinner in the Brasserie Restaurant for the first night of stay.
Prize Draw terms and conditions:
1. Entry is open to UK residents over the age of 18.
2. Offer is available to Abels enquiries during the dates specified in point 6.
3. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Win two nights bed and breakfast, based on two people sharing a double room plus dinner in the Brasserie Restaurant for the first night of stay. Dinner consists of an allowance per person, anything extra above the allowance will be charged for. Drinks are not included.
5. There are no runners’ up prizes.
6. Entries will only be accepted between 21 March and 31 August 2011. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
8. Only one entry per household will be entered into the prize draw. To enter please complete your details on the Abels website or request an entry form via the telephone.
9. The winning entry will be randomly selected on 2 September 2011 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
10. The winner will be notified by post and/or email before 6 September 2011.
11. The winner agrees to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
12. No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
13. The prize is subject to availability and valid until 30 November 2011. Not valid for special occasions.
14. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The promoter, Abels Moving Services reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or
proper conduct of this prize draw.
16. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing, Abels Moving Services,
Wimbledon Ave, Brandon, Suffolk IP27 ONZ.
17. No purchase is necessary.
18. Employees of Abels Moving Services, De Vere Dunston Hall and its subsidiaries are not eligible for this prize draw.
