Purpose built Facilities


Abels furniture warehouses are purpose built to ensure that they can hold containers safely and in a clean environment. We prefer the vast majority of items to be stored in proper containers to ensure handling is kept to a minimum, resulting in reduced claims and good housekeeping practices.

We also provide some non containerised storage facilities for goods such as upright/grand piano’s oversized furniture etc. These items are carefully stacked inside specialist mezzanine bays. Facilities include special areas for carpets, suites and hanging curtains, documents and records and also Customs Approved Security bays for use with imported personal effects.

Cars can also be stored under cover away from other storage items and high traffic areas.

All facilities are alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day.
