Investors In People
What does this mean?
Investors in People (IIP)
Investors in People is a recognition that an organisation looks to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of its people.
Abels Moving Services became the first company in the removals industry to achieve IIP when it was awarded in 1995. It has subsequently been renewed four times, which reaffirms the company’s continuing commitment to training and developing its staff.
A company with IIP is more likely to have staff who have been extensively trained in the various techniques and best practices to be able to properly move you.
For further information about Investor In People, please visit the IIP website.
